The firm is led by our founder and chief executive, Chris Timothy, a former Royal Marine with more than 20 years in security, intelligence and risk management.

Every engagement starts with an honest evaluation of exposure: the principal, the family, the household, the pattern of life. The plan follows the risk, never the reverse.

Selection and vetting
Operatives are individually selected, vetted and SIA licensed. We engage people whose careers were formed in the armed forces and the intelligence community, and whose references we can test.

Capability matters, and so does conduct. Our people are chosen to fit the household they protect: composed, courteous and comfortable operating quietly around family life.
Continuous standards
Training, rehearsal and review are continuous. Standard Operating Procedures govern every task, and performance is audited against them.

We recommend what the risk requires and nothing more. Restraint, in our experience, is usually the surest sign of a serious provider.
